EXPO 2010 Shanghai China

From 1 May to 31 October 2010, the mega-city on the banks of the Yangtse River will play host to the next World Fair, where the theme will be “Better City, Better Life.” For six months, concepts of sustainable and integrated urban development will be presented in Shanghai. EXPO organizers selected the Freiburg district Vauban for the „Urban Best Practices Area.“ For half a year, Freiburg Green City will have the opportunity to present its urban culture to an international audience.
